Let's Get Physical, Physical!

Starting December 1st, I will holding myself accountable to participate in a 8 week Fitness challenge. A few month ago I got sucked into the world of BeachBody... and to this day I have still not completed a full program. I know, pathetic, right? That is all going to change, I hope.
A little background on my battle with weight loss. I have always been the "big" girl, I loved food and always was snacking. I wasn't a big participate in gym or sports except for swimming (limited time). I have always struggled with my weight and it is now getting to the point where I cannot take it anymore, I need change and I need to be healthier if I want to live my life to the fullest.
This is my first step, making a commitment to myself and to my health. Its not going to be easy I know that, but this is something I have to do. Starting this Saturday I will be starting the LIIFT4 program on BeachBody. The program consists of 4 workouts a week with three recovery days. Since I struggle with staying consistent on the recovery days I am going to walk on the treadmill to keep myself moving. I have an office job so I am sitting most of the day so the extra steps will be good for me.
I will be posting everyday to keep myself accountable, kind of like a personal fitness diary. I am excited to start this new journey and to share my progress and struggles in the hopes to help and inspire others to put their health first.
